Employee Wellness Division
The County of Santa Clara’s Employee Wellness Division (EWD) is in the Office of the County Executive’s Learning Organization.
The breadth and depth of wellness offerings to our employees is a testament to the County’s commitment to organizational health and well-being as stated in the administrative policy adopted by the Board of Supervisors in November 2018. In the adopted policy, there is a stated commitment to addressing various dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, financial, occupational, intellectual, spiritual, and environmental. Employees Wellness classes, education, and campaigns focus on these dimensions in collaboration with other County entities, benefit providers, and community partners.
The EWD invites County of Santa Clara employees to fully participate in these offerings as well as engage with their departmental Employee Engagement and Well-Being Champions.
