Employee Engagement and Well-Being Champions

Employee Engagement and Well-Being (EEWB) Champions ignite and inspire engagement and well-being in the workplace through available Learning Organization opportunities.

The EEWB Champion’s commitment is to work in partnership with colleagues and leadership to:

  • Motivate and recognize participation in County-sponsored engagement and well-being activities and services such as the EEWB survey, well-being campaigns, and process improvement strategies
  • Integrate employee engagement and well-being messaging and actions into departmental planning and activities such as Measures of Success goals, team meetings, and everyday operations
  • Maintain dynamic relationships with the Employee Wellness team and other like-minded collaborators to strengthen departmental and organizational awareness and engagement
