Walktober

About Walktober

Track Your Activity: Log 6000+ steps/day to fill your Walktober tree with red, orange, and gold leaves and reveal vivid autumn landscapes from around the world. Get credit for activities that don’t track steps by using the Step Converter on the platform.

Connect with Coworkers: Add a friend on the platform to increase the fun and improve your chances of success. Check out the interactive Wellness Wall to post pictures, tag friends, share tips, and see how other employees are moving more.

Participate on a Team: Create or join a team of 3-7 members to encourage one another towards achieving the goal. If you’re on an official team, complete the weekly Thrive Thursday challenge and log before 10:00pm to earn a bonus point towards your team’s score.
